  • By posting a cheque (payable to 'Eurotracks') to the address above;
  • By telephoning or emailing (separate emails for security) your credit or debit card details to us at the numbers above.
  • By paying direct to our bank account (please contact us for bank details)

Please check our prices and conditions before booking your holiday. On receipt of your deposit, and once we have booked accommodation, we will invoice you for the balance which is due 4 weeks before you start your holiday.

On receipt of your booking we will contact you regarding payment of the deposit, and then make all the arrangements for your holiday. Alternatively, contact us by telephone, and we will take the booking by phone.

Conditions of Booking

1. Making a Booking

In order to make a reservation, please send a deposit of £50.00 per person. On receipt of this, we will arrange accommodation and send you details, together with an invoice for the balance of the cost of the holiday. The balance is payable at least one month before the start of the holiday. If the booking is made less than one month before the start of the holiday, you should pay the full amount at the time of making the booking. For details of how to pay, see the Booking page.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation must be notified in writing. The deposit will be forfeited in all cancellations. Where cancellation is received 7 days or less before the start of the holiday, the full cost of the holiday will be charged and there will be no refund. 25% of the total cost will be refunded for cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days before the start of the holiday.

3. Liability

Eurotracks cannot accept liability for death, injury, or loss or damage to property during the course of the holiday.

4. Safety

You are responsible for your own safety when walking. It is essential that you are properly equipped and clothed for walking in the holiday area, and that you have the appropriate map and a compass and know how to use them. Advice on safety is normally contained in in a Holiday Information Pack that we will provide for you before you start walking. If for any reason this is not included in your Holiday Information Pack, please contact us and we will arrange for you to get a copy.

5. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellation, injury, death, loss or damage to property and liability to third parties for the duration of your holiday.

6. Getting to the start and from the finish of your holiday.

You are responsible for getting to the start and from the finish of your holiday. While Eurotracks is happy to offer advice on travel on our web site and by other means, Eurotracks accepts no responsibility for failure of your travel arrangements.

Eurotracks reserves the right to alter any of these conditions of booking before accepting a reservation.
